Getting into the secured hotels
During conference week, 18 to 22 January 2027, several Davos hotels sit inside a security perimeter. Entry requires a hotel badge. We prepare and file the application. The cantonal police issue the badge.
A hotel badge is a pass for the hotels inside the perimeter. It does not admit you to the Congress Centre. Many meetings during the week take place in those hotel lobbies, bars and suites, and without a badge you cannot enter them.
You send us names and passport details for everyone who needs access, as early as you can. We file the applications through a secured hotel and handle the fees. The police check each application, and no badge is confirmed until they approve it. You collect your badge in Davos, in person, with the passport you registered.
The official police fee is CHF 105 per badge. Secured hotels and event organisers add their own fees on top. We quote the full price per badge before you commit.
Badges are personal and cannot be passed to someone else. Applications close before the week starts, so send us the details as soon as your travel is confirmed.
Can you guarantee a badge?
No. The police decide on every application. We make sure yours is complete and filed on time.
Does the badge get me into the Congress Centre?
No. Only the conference's own accreditation does that.

Tell us how many people need a badge and when they arrive. We reply with the full price per badge and the documents we need.
