How booking works

You send an enquiry through the form, we reply with options and full prices, and your booking is confirmed once you accept the offer. Stays run Saturday 16 to Saturday 23 January 2027.

1. Enquire. Tell us the dates, the number of guests, the kind of place you want, how close to the Congress Centre, and a budget. A budget saves a round of emails.

2. We send options, each with photos, the location and the full price for the week.

3. Confirm. We send the payment schedule and cancellation terms with your offer. Your booking is confirmed once you accept them.

4. Before you arrive, we book transfers, file hotel badge applications and send your arrival details.

The price covers the property for the seven nights, with taxes and service fees. Transfers, drivers, hotel badges and private chefs are quoted separately.
