Davos 2027 side events: the tracker

As of 14 October 2026, 31 public side events and house programmes have confirmed dates for the week of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, 18 to 22 January 2027. Another 14 have announced a 2027 edition without firm dates, and 31 regular hosts from 2026 have not yet published 2027 dates. Every listing is checked against the organiser's own page or its registration page, and the list is updated weekly.


How to read this list

  • Confirmed means the organiser has published a 2027 date. Many events still need an invitation or host approval, so confirmed does not mean open.

  • Houses on the Promenade sit outside the restricted security zones. Most use registration pages on Luma, where the host approves each guest.

  • Only events with a public page are listed. Paid access packages and ticket resellers are left out, sponsorship sales pages are not linked, and a listing is not a recommendation.

  • Times and venues change. Check the organiser's page before you plan around an event.

What 2026 looked like

The public listings we compiled for 2026 counted 256 public side-event listings from 90 host organisations. Wednesday 21 January was the busiest day, with 72 single-day listings. 59% of listings were sessions inside houses, hubs and lounges, and AI was a topic in 32%. Where to stay near the events

Most houses are on the Promenade between Davos Platz and Davos Dorf, and several summits use hotels such as the Belvédère, Schatzalp and the Seehof. Questions

How do I get into side events in Davos?

Register on the event's own page, usually on Luma, and wait for the host to approve you. Some events are invitation only. Houses on the Promenade do not need a hotel badge, but some check names at the door.


When are most Davos side events announced?

Some hosts publish months ahead: 31 events already had 2027 dates on 14 October 2026. Others add sessions until the week itself, which is why the list is checked weekly.


Which day of the week has the most side events?

In 2026 it was Wednesday, with 72 public single-day listings, followed by Tuesday with 66. Monday and Thursday had 40 each, and Sunday and Friday had 4 and 5.
